| Physicians for Social Responsibility
welcome medical students to join with us to become advocates for a safer,
healthier and sustainable future. Students can work with us and tap
into the PSR organization to address those public health issues that they
feel most passionately need to be addressed.
PSR has hosted a series of open houses
and student leadership meetings to bring like-minded students together
from the medical schools in our area so they can collaborate on issues
that are important to them. Here are some of the events which resulted
from this: |

The
first Inter-School Social Jam was held
on Novmeber 6, 2007 for the purpose of bringing Philadelphia area
professional students together from differen schools and disciplines while
at the same time benefitting PSR's anti-violence initiatives. The
event was and was such a huge success that we're bringing it back again
by popular request!
